Look, there’s a koala over there!

Look, there’s a koala over there! I browsed the Taronga Zoo Sydney website and all its so calledvarious sections to learn more about purchasing tickets, staying at the hotel and engaging in fun activities. I was interested in what the zoo has to offer and what visitors can do there. You’ll find the tickets cheaper if you buy them on line rather than at the gate. A ticket for a teenager costs less if you buy it on the internet rather than at the zoo. If eight teens buy their tickets on line that’s a saving of about $25, which can still buy a lot of food. If you are going to the zoo with friends it’s just easier and cheaper if you can spend the night. You can also have more fun and the visit might be more memorable. The Wildlife Retreat is where you can stay on the zoo. It's got cozy accommodations, a full breakfast, and guided tours. You can also join the Roar and Snore party, camping out in tents and taking night tours, you can spot animals at night and eat. The tour is designe...

art gallery

A UNIQUE PIECE OF ART An art gallery is a room or building where visual art is displayed for viewing. “They show you people and places can be portrayed in artistic ways.” The University of South Wales Art Collection is a unique collection, which offers a variety of art forms. It's like a museum and a gallery combined into one, and it features incredible art which is also important for the people who live there. Evans is principally known for large-scale sculptures constructed from found objects and materials. His work is informed by his fascination of the history and identity of South Wales and the objects he creates using found materials are unique and personal works. Evans' art was deeply influenced by his family mining past in South Wales, which his grandfather and uncles originated from. The sculpture, named Untitled Large Sculpture, was displayed at the Civic Centre] in Cardiff in the summer of 1972 as a part of project public art. It was made by the shapes of tools and ...

Common wealth

Common wealth India stands out when you look at the Commonwealth website, with its huge history and all those different cultures mixing together. It got independent from Britain back in 1947, on August 15th I think, after years of being under someone elses control. That day kicked off its own government, and right away it joined the Commonwealth too. So even as a new country, it stayed connected to places that were once British colonies, which let it team up on stuff and keep relations smooth. The variations and options in Indian culture are a lot when you consider the amount of languages and religions are crammed into one country. It clings to ancient things like the Taj Mahal, the enormous tomb constructed for love, or something like that, and it’s still there, beautiful. India seems to manage this combination of ancient traditions and rapid change without losing its way, although occasionally it all seems a little too difficult to manage. Sports are very important, for example, cric...

Sydney Opera House Tour

Imagen
Sydney Opera House tour Nothing beats seeing the Sydney Opera House. This structure is globally known and facilitates recognition. It has a sail-like roof which you can spot from afar when heading to the harbour. You can reach the site in no time: buses, trains and ferries stop nearby. As there is an insider program the visit for locals is also an interesting option. It is usually recommended to buy a guided tour in order to have a better experience. Tours cost around AUD $43 for adults and less for kids or families. Visitors can view the building’s interior and learn of its design.Te construction of this building took almost 15 years. Moreover, due to its unique design and cultural significance, it was listed as a World Heritage globally in 2007 by UNESCO. Productions include Singing and Acting Plays, Orchestral Music and Contemporary Music. The cost of the tickets depend on the show you want to enjoy but they usually varies between 20$ and 100$. I just really wanna go to a show ...

SHOPPING AT QVB Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building is home to a lot of things. It is a unique place where you can find form old to the most recent items. This beautiful old building, however, isn't just a pretty face; it houses all kinds of different shops, cafes and stores. Amongst some of my favourite stores I will mention, one that just stand out during our QVB exploration is Swarovski. With its historic allure, the Swarovski boutique in the QVB harmoniously fuses luxury and elegance. They sell dope shiny things like jewellery, watches, crystals and stuff that make you look fancy. There are so many special items from Swarovski at their website. There are necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, watches and special crystal designs that help you celebrate your individuality. Swarovski has the power of its shine and quality in every creation of it. The brand is known for selling expensive products but there are cheaper options affordable for most of the people.
